A Player will have up to 24 hours from the point that you have provided them all their needs to deposit and start playing. In the case a Player does not complete their side of the Deal you must contact us ASAP! In such an event, we will credit back your points. Plus, you should know that a Player that does not fulfill the Deal risks having their account blocked and will no longer be allowed to request Deals on PlayerDigger.com

This is a big NO-NO and it will not be tolerated!!! If you have submitted an Offer you must fulfill it! For PlayerDigger to work, both Players and Operators need to fulfill all their parts of the agreed to Deal.

PlayerDigger.com provides a way for you the Operator to rate Players. You can rate a Player in your Account Dashboard only if the Player has accepted an Offer from you.

Player ratings will advise you on important information such as:

• How much the Player will deposit
• Rating from other Operators i.e. have other Casinos found this Players to be a valuable customer
